Key

Objectives
  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality by conducting regular reviews and corrections.
  • Support team members by providing reliable data and responding to data-related queries promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Responsibilities
  • Enter data from various source documents into the designated computer systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records systematically.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Report any issues or inconsistencies encountered during data entry to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
