KeyObjectives
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Ensure data consistency and quality by conducting regular reviews and corrections.
- Support team members by providing reliable data and responding to data-related queries promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
- Enter data from various source documents into the designated computer systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records systematically.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Report any issues or inconsistencies encountered during data entry to the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
