Requirements
Executive Support & Coordination
- Oversee intricate calendar management and scheduling for senior leaders across time zones and competing demands
- Arrange comprehensive travel logistics for executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and detailed travel itineraries
- Equip executives for meetings by preparing briefing documents, agendas, and follow-up action items
- Steer the planning and execution of client events, company gatherings, and visits from clients
- Handle confidential projects and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively manage potential scheduling conflicts or operational hurdles
- Create and maintain robust administrative systems and processes that scale alongside the company's growth
- Introduce and enhance tools and technologies to optimize executive workflows and communication channels
- Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative documentation with precision and punctuality
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to ensure cohesive coordination across all administrative activities
