• Schedule customer application appointments for Mortgage Loan Originators
• Manage and distribute all management reports
• Assist with routine and complex customer inquiries and problem resolution via phone or email
• Act as the main contact for customers, collecting additional documentation as needed
• Prepare files for submission to the Operations department

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of administrative or mortgage experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator at the employer
