TRG have a fantastic full time opportunity for an English speaking Contract Admin, Newcastle, UK, our global Head Office! This is a key Business Support back office position, processing multiple important external contractor IT staff who work for our clients externally on cutting edge IT projects. It includes, but is not limited to crucial right-to-work checks, validating info via both manual & automated processes.
You'll deal with volume external temp IT candidate details, picking the process up after our Sales team of specialist Recruitment Consultant confirmed they accepted an opportunity on our internal system (Salesforce CRM called 'Phoenix') You may also support some ad hoc duties on behalf of the sister Billing Teams (invoicing/timesheet processing etc) if required. You'll respond to queries and resolve issues raised in a professional and timely matter.

What we are looking for?
- Professional or business level fluency in speaking/reading and writing in English.
- Ideally 2 years of Finance or Customer Service related business admin experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and handling sensitive/confidential data/information.
- Detail orientated, resilient, organised, flexible, positive, problem solving personality.
- Confidence to take calls when required (it's not a sales role, but results in revenue).

What you'll be doing?
- Processing all external IT Candidate/Payroll data guided by KPI’s.
- Processing all relevant Timesheet data accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting ad hoc external client billing (invoicing) / timesheets.
- Respond/resolve queries in line with company SLA’s timescales.
- Assisting the Senior/Principal Contract Administrators for EMEA.
- Calculating and managing key payments to our IT Contractors.
- Recruitment onboarding, compliance & right-to-work checks.
- Supporting wider projects/process improvement within TRG.
- Some internal/external phone work, however it's not Sales.
