Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
  • Unterstützung des Generalagenten und der Aussendienstmitarbeitenden in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
  • Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen sowie Kundenempfang in der Generalagentur
  • Terminvereinbarungen für Vorsorgeberater (Inbound)
  • Erstellung von Offerten, Kundenunterlagen, Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen inkl. Verwaltung der Werbeartikel
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in diversen Swiss Life Applikationen
  • Mithilfe und Organisation von Kundenevents und Marketingaktionen
  • Aufbau und Pflege der Social Media Präsenz der Generalagentur
Ihre Stärken
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assekuranz- oder Kundendienstbereich
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Affinität für Social Media
  • Zahlen- und Organisationsflair
  • Gewinnende, belastbare und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
