Great employment opportunity for a Legal Assistant – Troy, MI
Direct Hire: $50, + employee benefits
Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive legal administrative support to attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and docketing records.
- Answer phones, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local court rules, including e-filing and electronic docketing.
- Work collaboratively with other assistants and firm staff to ensure seamless operations across offices.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be proficient in legal document preparation, file and case management, scheduling, dictation, and billing procedures.
- Be highly familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and document management systems.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
