Position: Receptionists and Information Clerks

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40–$55 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Duration: ~3–4 weeks

• Design occupation-specific questions and scenarios related to receptionist and information clerk workflows to support AI training.
• Translate real-world front-desk operations, information handling, and administrative tasks into clear, structured problem statements.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, realism, and alignment with professional receptionist practices.
• Document workflows, edge cases, and decision-making logic commonly encountered in information desk roles.

• Strong experience working as a Receptionist or Information Clerk.
• Strong understanding of front-desk operations, visitor handling, call routing, scheduling, and information management.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer.
