Position: Data Analyst cum Administrator (Part-Time, Remote)

We are the  MEP Learnings Community , a professional network of MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors from the construction industry. We organize  technical workshops, networking meetups, and knowledge-sharing sessions  to help professionals learn and grow together.

Role Description
We are looking for a  Power BI and Data Analytics Specialist cum Administrative Assistant  to help us with both  data analysis  and  day-to-day coordination tasks  that support our growing community.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize participant data from community groups

• Create clear, interactive dashboards using Power BI to track growth and engagement

• Provide insights on monthly trends and professional distribution (consultants, contractors, etc.)

• Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks

• Help prepare content such as event summaries, social media copy, and Whats App messages

• Assist with tasks related to our monthly community meetups

• Maintain simple records, manage follow-ups, and assist with occasional email drafting

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Excel

• Experience in data visualization and reporting

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage time and tasks independently

• Organized and detail-oriented approach to coordination work

Work Type:  Part-time, Freelance, Remote (India only)

Hours:

10–12 hours per week
Compensation:  INR 10,000 per month
