Office location: Clapham or Drayton

Working arrangements: Hybrid – currently this is mostly working from home, but the candidate will need to be available to travel to either Clapham / Drayton for monthly meetings.

• Process claims for compensation for personal injury or damage caused during a Highway related incident such as hitting a pothole.
• Process pothole reports, liaise with depots and keep customers informed.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver an efficient customer journey within financial constraints.

• Experience in a customer service role, providing information, resolving queries and prioritising work.
• Experience of working in an office environment.
• Level of Knowledge:
  Literacy, numeracy and communication skills sufficient to follow procedures for a range of support tasks.
• IT knowledge:
  Sound and accurate IT skills, e.g. use of Trading Standards databases and software, and Microsoft Office to carry out service processes.

• Experience of working in a customer service role, providing information, resolving queries and prioritising work.
• Previous experience of working in an office environment.
