We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Office Assistant to handle all communications from a remote position. The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules, making travel plans and issuing invoices.
• Building clients address books and inputting contact information.
• Ability to input data into clients systems. Updating the database and building basic reports.
• Personal tasks - Conducting set up of clients daily life – date night set up, setting reminders for important life events, monthly expenses management, purchasing gifts, dry cleaning, booking restaurants and events, etc.
• Resend outstanding invoices and monitor invoicing deadlines.
• Handle calendar management – scheduling meetings, syncing with devices, adding upcoming events.
• Email management.
• Basic bookkeeping - Expenses input, basic calculations, basic budgets.
• Conduct online research for clients and prepare data easily.
• Convert notes to clients preferred document keeping.
• Preparing clients for reports and presentations - proofing, writing, research.
• Researching/making travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Manage clients account,transactions & Bitcoin transactions## Critical Need Jobs
