What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage complex scheduling and detailed travel itineraries for the executive leadership team
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and transcribe meeting minutes
  • Provide proactive support in executing complex and sensitive projects
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and vendors
  • Organize and coordinate events, ensuring all meeting details are handled effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a C-level executive
  • Proven ability to arrange and schedule complex, multi-site meetings with senior executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
