Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and personable Office Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain a productive, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role will be responsible for managing office administration, operational logistics, vendor coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys creating a positive workplace culture that supports collaboration and efficiency.

Office Management & Operations
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive workplace.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, order placement, and coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, organization, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including assistance in contract and service agreement negotiations.
  • Oversee virtual office tools and remote work logistics.
  • Continuously assess and improve office environments and workflows.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain and organize confidential office records, files, and asset inventories.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including desk setup, access badges, and welcome materials.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Serve as liaison between staff, leadership, and external contacts to resolve office-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Act as the primary office point of contact, greeting onsite visitors, interviewees, and new employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
Team Engagement & Culture
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture through team-building initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Plan and execute seasonal events and milestone celebrations (e.g., birthdays, work anniversaries, holidays).
  • Collaborate with PR and Social Media teams to share office updates and culture initiatives on internal and external platforms.
  • Capture and maintain content highlighting company culture and office activities.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve engagement programs and employee morale.
  • Build meaningful relationships across departments to understand employee needs and support well-being through empathy and attentiveness.
Health & Safety Compliance
  • Implement and enforce office policies to ensure a well-functioning, safe, and compliant workplace.
  • Present and roll out health and safety policies in accordance with county, state, and federal standards.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with workplace safety protocols, including emergency preparedness and office security.
  • Conduct periodic safety and workplace violence prevention training sessions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of office management, operations, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week

$29.09 - $42/hour
