What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming needs and explaining the hotel and payment process
  • Search and secure hotel accommodations while balancing family preferences with carrier guidelines
  • Facilitate reservations and ensure all necessary confirmations and authorizations are received
  • Communicate details and instructions to insured families with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and support families through various challenges
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience handling escalations and sensitive situations with care
  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure
