Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – 9329 Manchester Rd, St. Louis, MO

Base Pay Range

$23.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Job Overview

Your role as a BOA will be the first point of contact for clients, whether over the phone or in person. You will work closely with financial advisors to support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive experience. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with account opening, transfers, and other client requests under the guidance of a financial advisor.
  • Maintain accurate client records and process transaction documentation.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Update and streamline standard operating procedures; execute on the branch business plan.
  • Participate in annual business planning and identify potential needs for additional services.
  • Assist in planning and executing client events and marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and strong conversational skills.
  • Digital tool utilization and basic computer literacy.
  • Team collaboration and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
  • Experience in client service, account management, or administrative support is preferred.
