• Maintain and support content in SharePoint and assist with new content development
• Plan and coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events
• Schedule national virtual meetings using Zoom
• Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice, including project management tasks
• Ensure timely communications and coordination across Cyber team members and marketing efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization

• Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for content and presentation creation
• Basic understanding of cyber insurance concepts
