What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice and coordinate communication across teams
  • Manage ongoing content maintenance and support for new content in Share Point
  • Organize event planning for internal meetings, including logistics and attendee coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate national virtual meetings using Zoom
  • Assist with project management planning, including tracking deliverables and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to client satisfaction and ability to work collaboratively across departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for professional content presentation
  • Basic knowledge of cyber insurance concepts
