• Support the national Cyber Risk Practice and assist with various project management tasks
• Maintain and update content in SharePoint for team resources
• Organize internal meetings, including event planning and logistics
• Deliver administrative support to the Cybersecurity and Risk Intelligence teams
• Coordinate communications and maintain the Microsoft Teams channel for the Cyber team

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain a commitment to client satisfaction

• Experience using Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentations
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
