We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at our Liverpool office
. This role focuses on managing and organising trading card orders from our website breaks, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
This is a full-time, office-based position and is not open to remote working.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and organise trading card orders from website breaks
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and meet required deadlines
- Use internal systems to track, update, and organise orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and shipments
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Identify and report any order discrepancies or issues
- Previous admin or office-based experience preferred (but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with internal systems and databases
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a structured office environment
- Interest in trading cards is a bonus but not required
- Full-time, stable position
