We’re working with a highly respected estate agency in Norfolk that is looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team, working closely with its operational management team.
This is a varied, business-critical role suited to someone highly organised, confident with data and reporting, and comfortable operating across multiple locations and teams.
The position is mobile and flexible, combining office-based work, meetings, branch visits, and home working depending on business needs.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be offered:- Up to £30,000, depending on experience

You’ll act as a central support function for the leadership team, helping ensure operational consistency, strong communication, and accurate reporting across the business.
As an Executive Assistant, your duties will be:- Pulling together weekly figures, reports, and performance updates, including sales forecasts and activity tracking
- Keeping an eye on standards across the business by checking pipelines, vendor care, valuations, and applicant management
- Flagging any issues, trends, or areas that could be improved and feeding these back to senior management
- Supporting managers and directors by organising meetings and appraisals, taking notes, and following up on actions
- Proofreading and sense-checking important communications before they’re sent out
- Acting as a main point of contact for the CRM system and helping teams use it effectively
- General business administration
- Supporting compliance, marketing, and central admin tasks as needed
- Attending meetings and working across different parts of the business
- Getting involved in wider projects and operational support when required
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and confident using initiative
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Able to manage a varied workload independently
- Discreet, professional, and process-driven
- Previous exposure to estate agency or lettings environments
