Job Title:
Facilities Administrator (Maternity Cover – 12 Month FTC)

Location: Hybrid – Work from Home & Office (Glasgow G51 2SN
)

Salary: £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, providing maternity cover. This hybrid role offers a mix of home‑based working and on‑site attendance at our Glasgow office, supporting one of our key corporate clients, Diageo.

As the Facilities Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of facilities operations, supporting both the Sodexo team and client stakeholders. You'll be the linchpin of communication and coordination—ensuring everything from contractor liaison to document management runs seamlessly.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the on‑site facilities and technical services teams
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors
  • Support compliance tracking and site documentation (including CTPAT clearance requirements)
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and data entry
  • Support with facilities reporting and project documentation
  • Ensure all communication is timely, clear, and accurately documented
What you bring:
  • Previous experience in a facilities or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite essential)
  • A flexible and proactive approach to working in a dynamic team environment
  • A driving licence is advantageous due to potential future office relocations in Glasgow
