Position: Admin Assistant (Hybrid)

Overview

Admin Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Cardiff, £14.13ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1674666

  • To use Microsoft Office and able to undertake data entry and basic data analysis.
  • As part of this project, a large dataset is in need of cleansing: identifying a recording data errors, and correcting them. For example, locating spelling errors in names, or invalid dates of birth etc. Training and support will be provided throughout on how to use/navigate the required systems and how to make the data corrections.
  • Working Hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. Note - although this work is simply updating personal data, the data involved relates to vulnerable adults - but the role does not involve ANY direct involvement with vulnerable adults,
  • The successful individual will have the opportunity to work from the office, or work from home; a laptop will be provided.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
