Overview
Administrator (Hybrid) needed in Gloucester, £13.05ph PAYE
Reference: 5288994. Our Team Administrators provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Adult Social Care Team.
Responsibilities- Support in the delivery of a comprehensive admin service to frontline social workers and social care practitioners.
- Take calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public.
- Input data into Liquid Logic (LAS system). Knowledge of this system would be helpful but full training will be given.
- Schedule meetings and book rooms, as well as take minutes of meetings.
- Respond to and redirect emails and manage a generic mailbox.
We offer flexible working with a mix of office and home working.
