It requires someone who can operate with confidence, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership, someone who doesn’t just keep things moving, but actively strengthens the team’s ability to deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of the People function and wider business, enabling strong decision‑making and support
  • High technical competence, with confidence navigating systems, tools, and processes to deliver accurate, high‑quality outputs.

Experience with People systems such as Oracle Fusion, My Recognition, Power

BI, and ADO is desirable and strong working knowledge of other business‑wide systems.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot
  • Ability to understand and align with the team’s key priorities and strategic objectives, ensuring support is always value‑adding
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
  • Exceptional administrative capability and a multi‑tasker
  • Resourceful and solutions‑focused, able to anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and identify efficient ways of working
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and levels of seniority
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting requirements and deadlines
  • Discreet and trustworthy, handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Team facilitator, helping organise team events, celebrations, and adding a genuine energy to the team.
