Office Administrator/ Coordinator

About the roleWe are seeking a new team member to support the delivery of a customer‑focused and efficient Education Operations service within the Education Services Directorate. Working under the direction of the Head of Education Operations and as part of a wider collaborative team, you will provide operational, administrative and project support across a wide range of activities.
The role includes supporting commercial operations and directorate communications by producing newsletters, committee papers and reports; collating and reporting data; undertaking desk research; participating in student engagement activities and maintaining accurate documentation and systems.
The role is based primarily on‑campus, some flexible working from home can be accommodated within business needs.
Responsibilities- Supporting the delivery of an effective and flexible Education Operations service
- Producing and maintaining high‑quality communications, including newsletters, web content, SharePoint pages, posters and displays
- Collating, maintaining and reporting on data using a range of systems
- Providing administrative and project support, including meeting and event coordination
- Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement of processes
