What You’ll Be Doing

As Clinical Administrator, you’ll be the operational glue that keeps Lyra’s clinical services running smoothly. You’ll support the EAP Clinical Case Management team
, collaborate with global clinical teams, and ensure every detail is handled with care and accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clinical case data: session updates, referrals, sourcing emails
  • Coordinating ad-hoc interventions like training and critical incident responses
  • Assisting with recruitment and management of affiliate therapy networks
  • Processing invoices and aligning them with clinical data
  • Liaising with clinicians for appointments and case updates
  • Supporting diary management, bookings, and general admin tasks
  • Collaborating with Lyra’s finance team to ensure timely invoice handling
  • Contributing to service development and quality assurance initiatives
  • Adapting to changing business needs with agility and professionalism
