The role
They’re looking for a proactive, organised and high-energy PA / Office Administrator to support the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and day-to-day office operations.
You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly — from diary management and SLT meetings to office coordination, events and HR admin. If you love variety, take pride in detail, and enjoy being at the heart of a business, this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing- Acting as Executive Assistant to the CEO (diary, inbox, meetings, travel)
- Coordinating SLT and company meetings, including minute-taking
- Managing internal communications with professionalism and discretion
- Overseeing office operations — facilities, suppliers, IT setup, visitors, post
- Supporting onboarding, compliance, right-to-work and screening checks
- Assisting with internal and external events
, team initiatives and wellness programmes
- 2+ years’ experience as a PA, EA or Office Administrator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, office IT)
- Discreet, trustworthy and solutions-focused
