Office Manager (Remote – UK | Part-Time | Hourly Rate)
Location: Remote – United Kingdom
Hours: Part-time (15–25 hours per week – flexible scheduling)

About the OpportunityOne of our clients is looking for a proactive and highly organised Remote Office Manager to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across a distributed team. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced office professional who enjoys creating structure, managing processes, and supporting business operations in a fully remote environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth internal coordination, organised systems, and efficient business support functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day remote office administration and operational support
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain digital filing systems, policies, and documentation
- Support onboarding processes and staff administration
- Assist with supplier coordination, invoicing, and basic finance admin
- Monitor inboxes, track tasks, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Support leadership with general administrative and organisational tasks
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Operations Assistant, or Executive Support professional
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Reliable home working setup and stable internet connection
- Experience supporting remote teams or virtual offices
- Exposure to HR admin, onboarding, or operational processes
- Basic bookkeeping or finance administration experience
- Background in professional services, tech, or SME environments
- Fully remote UK-based role
