About the Opportunity

One of our clients is looking for a detail-oriented Remote Claims Coordinator to support their growing claims and service operations team. This is a fully remote role suited to candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring claims are processed efficiently, customers are kept informed, and internal teams have accurate and up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage claims from initial notification through to resolution
  • Review documentation and ensure claims data is accurate and complete
  • Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Update CRM or claims management systems with detailed case notes
  • Monitor claim progress and follow up on outstanding information
  • Ensure processes follow company procedures, compliance, and SLAs
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate digital records
  • Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone/email
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in claims handling, insurance administration, customer service, or operations coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Insurance, legal, property, healthcare, or financial services experience
  • Knowledge of claims workflows or case management systems
  • Experience working to SLAs or compliance frameworks
  • Remote contact centre or service coordination experience
