Role Overview :MRI Software is looking for an enthusiastic, culture-driven Office Coordinator to join our UK team. This role will be fully office-based, working out of our exciting central London office. Standard hours are 9:30am-6pm, with a need to shift hours and cover the earlier shift from time to time (and with prior notice). The organisation and team are fast-paced and have undergone considerable growth in the UK, with offices in London, Newcastle, Sleaford, Birmingham as well as a large home-based workforce.
This position forms part of a global Facilities team with collaboration with other team members and managers across USA, Canada, South Africa, India, and Australia.

As part of a small team, this role will encompass a wide range of Facilities, Health and safety and administrative responsibilities. Within Facilities and general administration this will include, managing the security of our London site through administration of our access control system, liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure our London site is maintained in line with lease obligations and building regulations, monitoring the UK Facilities mailbox and our issue tracking system providing support and resolutions to UK employees, generally providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders both physically and virtually and answering main switchboard calls and redirecting as appropriate.
In relation to Health and Safety, the post holder will act as a first point of contact for the London site, uphold internal health and safety procedures and policies in line with HSE guidelines, completing site audits, reporting on findings and making adjustments, conducting on site building inductions and assisting with the general upkeep of our health and safety records.
