We are currently supporting a client who requires an experienced Occupational Health Administrator to provide remote administrative support to on an agency contract basis.

This is a part time role, ideal for an OH Administrator who is confident working independently and familiar with supporting clinical OH teams.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to Occupational Health Physicians

Preparing and drafting OH reports and correspondence

Managing documentation, referrals, and follow-up actions

Liaising with clinicians and internal stakeholders as required

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data confidentiality

Requirements

Previous experience working in an Occupational Health Administration role (Essential requirement)

Confidence supporting OHPs and handling clinical documentation

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Excellent written communication skills
