If so, come and join our friendly team as a Central Services Assistant (Administrative Assistant). If you excel at customer service, can resolve customer queries efficiently and take pride in delivering accurate work with exceptional attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You'll support the Central Services Team and the Business Development Controller to keep our distribution processes running seamlessly, support our retailers and partners, and make sure our customers always receive the high standard of service they deserve. You'll be the prime point of contact for our customers, providing a great service dealing with emails, phone calls and credit queries, while accurately maintaining our systems.
Your administration tasks will include order management, providing delivery notes, picking lists, managing sales data, and processing credit and return notes.
- Organise, plan, and prioritise daily workload to consistently meet deadlines.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service, managing inbound phone queries and email inboxes, processing orders and returns, handling credit queries, producing delivery and returns notes, producing daily reports and managing delivery enquiries.
- Managing order processing, including loading orders, transfer orders and retail amendments.
- Working with Logistics Operations and online retail partners, ensuring they have everything they need - from picking lists to delivery and returns documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams including Logistics, Warehouse, Delivery Partners, Wholesale and Online to ensure smooth documentation flow and timely delivery.
- Supporting Retail and Sales Development activities providing accurate data and administrative support.
- Data input experience, with the ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a confident, friendly approach when supporting customers and colleagues.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with a diverse range of people and build positive working relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and data related tasks.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills, confident working with spreadsheets, data and reporting.
