All School of Science and Technology administration roles are expected to be present on Clifton campus in the School administration office a minimum of half their working days, with increases of on-campus working during appropriate peak periods.

School Administrators provide subject and student related administrative and clerical support to designated subject area(s) within the School and across School-wide subject and student-related administrative areas. You will act as point of focus for academic staff, administrative staff and students associated with designated subject areas and School-wide administration to support the delivery of our courses.

Working within a busy administration team, you will be involved in all aspects of school administration including, but not limited to, dealing with student enquiries, maintenance of student records, production and organisation of exam papers, quality assurance meetings, Boards of Examiners and academic appeals.

You will be an excellent team player with the proven ability to work well under pressure.

You will display excellent attention to detail, have a solution-focused approach to all tasks and display an ability to work on your own initiative.
