We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our thriving HR Team at SIPS Education.

As a HR Business Support Assistant, you will undertake a comprehensive range of admin/IT processes to support the Transactional HR Team. The role includes recruitment, clearances, RTW checks, DBS checks for both internal and external clients. Working individually and as part of a team, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent HR support.

You will need:

  • GCSE or equivalent English & Maths
  • Experience of working in a busy office
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Business Admin (Ideally)

This is a 20 hour per week position and is based at our offices in West Bromwich, however there will also be the ability to work from home. Ideally the hours of work will be 4 hours each day Monday to Friday, however, there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.
