We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Uk to support daily venture operations.

This Is An Execution-focused Role Supporting

• Founder Fellowship coordination
• Investment workflow tracking
• Calendar & meeting management
• Internal documentation

You will work closely with leadership and be part of a fast-moving startup environment.

• Manage calendars and meeting scheduling
• Coordinate Zoom sessions and fellowship logistics
• Organize founder applications and deal flow databases
• Maintain CRM / Notion / Airtable systems
• Prepare meeting summaries & follow-ups
• Inbox management & prioritization
• Basic startup and market research
• Assist in content coordination (if needed)

• Based in Egypt
• 2+ years experience as Virtual Assistant / Operations Assistant
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiar with:
  • Google Workspace
  • Notion / Airtable
  • Slack
  • Zoom

• Experience supporting startups or international teams
• Experience working across time zones

• Flexible hours
• Some overlap with UK / Europe time zones preferred
