International Sales Administrator

International Customer Service Administrator – Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company in Telford for a new International Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator. Based in Telford, this permanent, full time role is in a busy, small, but crucial area of the business. There is the option to WFH a couple of days a week after training. You will be supporting customers based outside of the UK and so the ability to speak French or German will be a big advantage.

The role is supporting manufacturing in handling a large volume of orders that come through, ensuring they are processed accurately and also providing more general admin support to the sales team and providing information for the customers.

The role will be split between office working and working from home (after training).

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

* Receiving, collecting, checking and inputting of all daily received sales orders

* Prompt and positively deliverance of order acknowledgements with correct prices, part numbers and realistic delivery dates

* Maintain and update customer records / profiles on the internal CRM system

* Receiving and recording any relevant customer feedback

* Confirming stock availability

* Handling customer enquiries

* Creating and sending out invoices

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will have previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You’ll be used to handling and processing orders, have a high level of attention to detail, be well organised, have an excellent telephone manner, be IT literate and have the ability to work unsupervised.

You will also ideally be fluent in French or German.

The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Market Drayton, Newport, Perton and Shifnal.
