Legal Administrator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a professional legal firm based in the heart of Bristol, with the appointment of a Legal Administrator to join the team.

In this role, you will support the Records Manager with key administrative and data entry tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth operation of a busy legal environment.

• Keep records and documents up to date
• Enter new cases and track progress and deadlinesli>
• Maintain client and supplier details in the database
• Organise and share official correspondence
• Work with attorneys and other teams to ensure accurate information and smooth case handling
• Help with projects to improve internal processes

• A bright graduate, with previous office experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

• Fantastic opportunity to learn in an established, successful legal environment
• Monday to Friday, 9-5. Flexibility on start and finish times, &some home working, following a successful trial period.
