About the Role

Are you looking for a dynamic administrative role with real opportunities for career growth? Our growing company is seeking a personable and motivated individual to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00) based at our City Centre, Manchester offices.

This is primarily an administrative and support position, but with a unique opportunity: candidates will receive certificated training to progress into a full-time marketing role within the company. We welcome applicants from a marketing background or those with a strong desire to develop in this area.

As a Silver Award holder of the UK Armed Forces Covenant (AFC), we are also encouraging applications from former members of the UK Armed Forces.

Key Responsibilities
  • General administration and office duties
  • Basic accounting tasks (experience with Xero preferred, training available)
  • Hosting invigilation sessions via Zoom
  • Creating customer reports
  • Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and website chat
  • Working closely with the certification team
  • Supporting basic social media and marketing activities
Candidate Requirements
  • Motivated, upbeat, and ready to deliver
  • Personable with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a growing team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong English literacy (essential for issuing official certificates)
  • Enthusiasm for learning marketing skills and advancing in this area
What We Offer
  • Starting Salary £26,000 per Annum
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
  • After your initial 6 months, moving to a 4-day working week with no reduction in salary or increase in working hours
  • 1 day working from home after initial 3-month probation period
