Bupa is opening The Bridles, a stunning new purpose‑built care home in Wincanton in Spring 2026 — and we’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive General Administrator to help create an exceptional first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Creating a welcoming front‑of‑house experience for all visitors
• Managing calls, occupancy enquiries and booking show‑arounds
• Conducting tours and showcasing what makes The Bridles special
• Maintaining accurate administration, digital records and documentation
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll and staff compliance
• Coordinating resident admissions, billing documentation and funding queries
• Ensuring GDPR and confidentiality standards are upheld
• Helping keep the home safe, organised and running smoothly

• Experience in administration, reception or customer‑facing roles
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage varied workloads
• Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
• Experience handling payroll or staff records (desirable)
• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work independently
