Location: Greater London

London Heritage Quarter (LHQ) is a collaborative alliance of four Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) spanning Victoria, Victoria Westminster, Whitehall and Northbank. Stretching from Belgravia to the Royal Courts of Justice, the Quarter is home to some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including Parliament Square and Trafalgar Square. This area includes the historic processional route through Central London and major transport hubs, serving as a dynamic centre for government, business, world‑class hospitality and cultural institutions.

Our mission is to enhance LHQ as a place to work, visit and live. We deliver diverse and creative programmes that protect the environment, celebrate our unique heritage and build strong community connections. Our work is guided by a 5‑year business plan and focuses on placemaking, sustainability and operational excellence.

Role Description

We are seeking a passionate, proactive and organised Executive Co‑ordinator to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to our business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office, effective communications and the delivery of high‑quality outcomes. You will act as the central point of contact for the team, providing administrative tasks and diary management support, managing information and supporting colleagues to achieve their goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee all facilities management requirements for the office
  • Provide executive support to the COO and wider Senior Leadership team – organising the COO’s diary, wider team meetings and all steering group meetings, including minute taking
  • Ensure records are accurate and in line with GDPR, providing updates to levy payers and managing the generic inbox for the company
  • Develop visually engaging presentations and well‑crafted reports
  • Support the management of the Victoria Neighbourhood Forum which may include marketing and social media
  • Assist with the delivery of events
Requirements

We are looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive Executive Co‑ordinator who can provide high‑level support with confidence and discretion. You will also:

  • Be a natural problem‑solver with strong communication skills
  • Have the ability to manage complex diaries, prioritise competing demands and keep projects moving at pace
  • Bring sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Ensure seamless coordination across senior stakeholders
  • Have a calm, professional manner and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
Why Join Us?

At LHQ, we are committed to creating a supportive, innovative and inclusive work environment. You will be part of a collaborative team driving real improvements in London’s iconic heritage areas. We offer opportunities to grow professionally while making a visible impact in a unique and dynamic setting.

We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We value diversity and are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone is respected and empowered to succeed. Along with our benefits we are offering a salary of £40,000 to £43,000 depending on your experience. This role is primarily site‑based at our SW1 office, with flexibility to work from home one day per week, subject to business needs.
