Office Administrator/ Coordinator
You will be the first point of contact for our school, managing our busy reception area and ensuring that everyone is welcomed warmly and professionally. As a key member of our office team, you'll handle enquiries, support parents/carers, staff and pupils, and help keep our school running smoothly.,
Responsibilities- Managing our school reception and signing‑in system
- Handling telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries
- Ensuring excellent communication with parents/carers and staff
- Providing general administrative support
- Working closely with the team and using your own initiative, Bracken Edge Primary School, Leeds, is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. This role is based in the UK. Home Office guidance states that candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment, either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
