Location: Kingston upon Hull

A fantastic new temporary contract working fully remote from the comfort of your own home! Contract to commence immediately and will run until the end of June 2026. Working hours are 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday). The ideal candidate will often be required to use their own initiative and be able to work independently. Full training will be provided.

THE BENEFITS:

THE ROLE:

Be the first point of contact for the team, dealing with enquiries via e-mail and over the telephone.
Distribute any incoming enquiries to the correct member of the team.
Provide high quality administrative support.
Communicate sensitive information.
Provide a customer relationship management service via the telephone, email, internet or other contact channels.
Produce correspondence and communications accurately including letters and reports.
Receive, transmit, record and retrieve information and manage, present and share data as appropriate.
Update and check information on the database ensuring accuracy.
Filing.
Assist with the development of local policies and procedures.
Act as first point of contact for funding requests and ensure the correct information is received, scanned, recorded and transferred to the relevant member of staff following data protection policies.
Take notes / minutes at meetings
Book and arrange meetings.
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Possess strict confidentiality and data protection.
Educated to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Have good prioritisation and initiative.
Possess problem-solving skills,
Work well under pressure.
Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Have good customer service.
Be motivated and enthusiastic.
Be a team Player.
