Administrative Assistant – Work From Home

Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)

Salary: £11 – £15 per hour (£21,450 – £29,250 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time options also available)

About the Opportunity

Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established UK business looking to appoint a reliable Administrative Assistant to support their day-to-day operations. This is a UK-wide remote position suited to candidates with prior administrative experience who can work accurately and independently from home.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will support a range of internal administrative functions including document management, scheduling, correspondence, and reporting, helping the wider team operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal documentation, filing, and digital records accurately
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate notes where required
  • Handle inbound correspondence and route enquiries to relevant teams
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic data summaries
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and CRMs
  • Support team-wide administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
  • Follow agreed processes and service standards consistently

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality
  • Reliable and self-motivated when working remotely
  • A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CRMs, project management tools, or document automation
  • Previous exposure to remote or home-based administrative environments
