We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to play a central role in launching and delivering a new programme on a part‑time basis (18 hours/week, 0.5 FTE). In this role you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a national education programme, keeping projects on track, organising events, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders, and maintaining the systems and processes that underpin successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and delivery of projects using tools such as delivery plans, risk logs, and event trackers
- Maintain project documentation, templates, and reporting systems
- Coordinate communications with stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts and Learning Leads
- Support delivery through the coordination of in‑person and online training events
- Coordinate programme scheduling, bookings, and logistics
- Act as a key point of contact for queries and resources
- Support data management processes, including validation and reporting
- Maintain and update shared systems (e.g., MS Teams and project platforms)
- Support the production, formatting, and publishing of programme materials
- Track risks and raise issues where appropriate
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in administration or project support
- Experience working in a project or PMO environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Confident using project management tools and systems
- Confident using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- PRINCE2 Foundation, APM PFQ, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the UK education sector
- Deliver work with focus, pace, and attention to quality
- Takes ownership and responsibility for tasks
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and partners
- Handles information and relationships with care and discretion
