Job Overview
The Corporate Services team provides customer service and hospitality to employees and clients. This Senior Associate role supports day‑to‑day operations and management of the office, ensuring a high‑quality experience for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities- Manage corporate travel bookings for EMEA offices, including policy compliance.
- Supervise reception (FOH) performance, maintain Switchboard standards, and cover the desk during absences.
- Oversee facility management resources, renew support contracts, and coordinate with the Events Manager for client events.
- Coordinate desk placements, maintain floor plans, and support technology and visitor arrangements.
- Communicate with co‑workers and managers, handle conflicts professionally.
- Support fire, health & safety processes, including drills, BCP/DR, first aid, and wellness room policy.
- Cover additional responsibilities of the Business Services team as needed.
- Previous experience in client‑facing or administrative roles such as FOH, Admin, PA, or hospitality (hotels, resorts, events).
- High level of organization, multitasking ability, and resilience under pressure.
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new programs.
- English communication skills (written and spoken).
