Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator at project site in Ayrshire. The Office Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, manage office operations, assist with office equipment, and ensure smooth communication across the team. Responsibilities will also include providing customer service support and maintaining an organized office environment. The hybrid nature of the role allows for a combination of in-office and remote work as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizing files, scheduling, and supporting daily operations.
  • Proficiency in using Office Equipment, such as printers, scanners, and computers to support office activities.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role and familiarity with hybrid work environments is a plus.
