Position: Junior Admin Assistant – Hybrid (Part-Time)

Location: Glasgow Area (Hybrid – Part-Time)

Salary: £10 – £13 per hour (£19,500 – £25,350 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)

Job Type: Part-Time (Hybrid)

Reporting To: Senior Administrator (Client Side)

About the Opportunity

Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a Glasgow-based business seeking a Junior Admin Assistant to join their team on a part-time, hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates at the early stage of their administrative career who are keen to develop within a structured, supportive environment.

About the Role

The Junior Admin Assistant will provide day-to-day support across general office administration, including data entry, document filing, basic correspondence, and assistance to senior administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out accurate data entry and document filing
  • Support senior administrators with day-to-day office tasks
  • Manage basic email correspondence and signpost enquiries
  • Maintain organised digital and paper-based records
  • Help prepare documents, letters, and routine reports
  • Assist with general office coordination during in-office days
  • Follow agreed administrative processes consistently
What We're Looking For
  • Some prior office or administrative exposure (placements, internships, or work experience considered)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office systems
  • Reliable and punctual, with a professional approach
  • Able to attend the Glasgow office for hybrid working days as required
  • A stable home internet connection for remote working days
Desirable (Nice to Have)
  • Studying towards or completed a business administration qualification
  • Previous part-time admin or customer-facing experience
