Job DetailsThis part‑time role is offered at either 29.2 hours per week (0.8 FTE) or 21.9 hours per week (0.6 FTE). For the 0.6 FTE option, all three working days will be based on campus; for the 0.8 FTE option, the role combines home working with time spent on campus at our main university site.
Responsibilities- Provide student‑facing, in‑person helpdesk service.
- Deliver administrative support for specialist teams within the department.
- Act as the first point of escalation, overseeing various administrative tasks and projects.
- Play a key role in decision making and shaping new processes.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Experience working in a service environment.
- Comprehensive IT and organisational skills.
