The Resource Planning Administrator will support the Customer Service department by ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation. This temporary role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Description
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and adjust resource plans to meet changing demands.
  • Collaborate with team leads to align workforce allocation with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of shift patterns and resource allocations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department as required.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and propose improvements to resource planning processes.
  • Communicate updates and changes to schedules promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in planning activities.
Profile

A successful Resource Planning Administrator should have:

  • Experience in a similar administrative or scheduling role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
