We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Administrator to support our accounting and administrative functions on the Diageo contract. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial processes, supporting operational teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our client.
Main Responsibilities- Process billing activities and ensure accurate data transfer between systems
- Monitor account expenditure and produce weekly financial reports
- Provide administrative and operational support to Finance and Account teams
- Support billing activities across multiple sites
- Meet weekly and month-end deadlines
- Maintain strong client and customer relationships
- Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Attend team meetings, briefs, and performance reviews
- Report near misses, incidents, and equipment issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete required training
- Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in a fast-paced finance or administrative environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, proactive approach
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Experience using systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Share Point
£16.50 per hour
