Salary: £28,486.92 pro‑rated per annum (actual salary £13,858.50 with yearly increments based on performance).
Contract Type: Permanent.
Location: Leeds West Gate.
Hours: 18 hours per week (blended home/office arrangement).
Responsibilities- Support the Officer in Charge (OIC) with day‑to‑day station engagement and information collation.
- Ensure information is stored, accessed and shared in line with Information Management policy.
- Monitor station supplies; place orders and track progress.
- Carry out monthly vehicle mileage and logbook checks; arrange vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular building checks and report to the facilities management provider, escalating as necessary.
- Perform Health & Safety checks in line with guidance.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, deal with the public and meet demanding deadlines while keeping a flexible approach.
- Previous administrative experience with demonstrated organisational ability and attention to detail.
