Position: Station Support Officer Westgate - 18 hours per week

Salary: £28,486.92 pro‑rated per annum (actual salary £13,858.50 with yearly increments based on performance).

Contract Type: Permanent.

Location: Leeds West Gate.

Hours: 18 hours per week (blended home/office arrangement).

Responsibilities
  • Support the Officer in Charge (OIC) with day‑to‑day station engagement and information collation.
  • Ensure information is stored, accessed and shared in line with Information Management policy.
  • Monitor station supplies; place orders and track progress.
  • Carry out monthly vehicle mileage and logbook checks; arrange vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular building checks and report to the facilities management provider, escalating as necessary.
  • Perform Health & Safety checks in line with guidance.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, deal with the public and meet demanding deadlines while keeping a flexible approach.
  • Previous administrative experience with demonstrated organisational ability and attention to detail.

Vetting & Medical
  • Successful candidates must pass Recruitment/Management Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).
